Payment completion

We consider the payment completed, once the money transfer/transaction are made and the fund are available to us in Korea. All orders will only be send once their respective payment has been successfully received.

Any fees regarding the payment, regardless of method chosen, are the responsibility of the customer. Credit and debit card payments are normally instant, while bank transfers normally take from 3 to 5 workdays, but sometimes take even longer.

How do I make a payment on SANENDI? 

Currently we accept payments via Wire Transfers. There are many services such as TransferWise, Skrill, Revolut etc. that allows you to send money directly to the recipient’s bank account with credit or debit card.

Another option is Western Union/MoneyGram. Please, contact us or add a note to your order if you want to send the payment through Western Union/MoneyGram

I’d like to pay with the wire transfer. What should I do?

  • Make an order on our website, and add a note that you’d like to do a wire transfer in the comment section. (Make sure that you send us your email address)
  • Wait for an Email/WhatApp message with the bank account details from our manager.
  • Complete the transfer and send the receipt to us.

All orders generally are processed within 48 hours after the payment received, excluding non-working days and unforeseen delays.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow transactions for medical-related items such as botox and fillers, and might ban such accounts at any moment. That’s why we decided it’s not worth the risk for us and for our customers and opted for a different payment provider. If you have any questions related to payment, contact us at


TransferWise allows you to send money with a bank transfer, or a debit or credit card.

To send a payment for purchasing simply follow this steps:

1. Download the TransferWise App or go to TransferWise Website
2. Register for free
3. Choose an amount to send
4. Add Belltra Biology’s bank details. (We will send you our bank details via Email or WhatsApp)
5. Verify your identity
6. Pay for your transfer

You can initiate a Skrill Money Transfer by clicking on GET STARTED on the Skrill website* or on the International money transfer button within the SEND section of your Skrill account.

You can complete a Skrill Money Transfer in 4 simple and quick steps:

1. Enter the send / receive amount, choose the send / receive currency** from the drop-down menu, select the payment method and click on CONTINUE

2. Confirm who are you sending money to*** – enter SANENDI details: recipient’s name, bank account, bank address and click on CONTINUE.

3. Review the summary of your transaction on click on CONFIRM.

4. Chose the payment method**** and complete the transaction.

Once you complete the transfer a summary of it will be sent to your registered email. A list of all your money transfers will be available under a section called My Transfers.

*If this is your first Skrill Money Transfer and you don’t have a Skrill account, you will be prompted to create one by clicking on Register. Simply add an email, password and your personal information (first and last name, date of birth and contact details) and a FREE Skrill account will be automatically created for you. The currency of the account will be the one you have chosen when initiating the transfer. You can edit it before finishing the registration.

**You can set the amount that will be received by tapping it on the They Receive field. The amount you need to pay will then update automatically. A real-time currency conversion rate will be displayed on the top of the payment request. This is the rate provided independently by Reuters. You can change your payment details at any time by clinking on Edit within the MY TRANSFER field.

***If you have previously made transfers, the recipients will be stored under the EXISTING RECIPIENTS section, thus you will not have to submit their details again.

****If you want to change the payment method you’ve previously selected, you can do so by clicking on Pay another way?. You can also choose to store your payment instrument so that you don’t have to submit your details for future transfers.

To transfer any of our 31 supported fiat currencies to a bank account, tap on the ‘Payments’tab, ‘+ Transfer’, followed by ‘Add a recipient’ and then you will be asked to add the bank transfer details.

Once the beneficiary is added, simply tap on it and hit ‘Send’. Choose the currency you wish to send and enter the amount. Below the currency, you can choose from which balance the amount will be deducted. There is also and option to add a reference, but it is not required.

You can quickly find previously entered bank accounts under ‘+ Transfer’ and then ‘Bank Accounts’, next to ‘Friends.’

  • Select “Send”
  • Choose the country you want to send money to (In some countries, you can select from multiple receiving currencies)
  • Select the desired receiving currency
  • Enter the amount you wish to send, or the specific amount for the recipient to receive
  • Depending on the chosen sending and receiving country PaySend may ask you to fill in additional fields (This is a requirement of the local legislation and/or local provider)
  • Enter the recipients (SANENDI) bank account details and select “Next”

Tip: Use the camera icon to take a picture of the front of the card to automatically upload the cards details

  • Enter your card details and select “Next”
  • Enter your cards CVV/CVC code and select “Next”
  • The registration procedure may vary depending on your country. It will be either:

a) a 5-digit security code sent through a test transaction which will appear in your pending transactions list on your card statement, or
b) a 5-digit security code sent via SMS

  • Enter the code into the relevant field
  • Input transaction description
  • Add a personal message to the transfer if required
  • Select “Confirm”
