Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within three to six business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship to several countries worldwide. All orders are shipped from Korea. Importation and compliance with your local laws and regulatory authorities are solely your responsibility.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Order default shipping method is EMS, free shipping. If you want to choose express (DHL, FEDEX, etc.), the shipping fee is USD 30 per kg.Some exceptions may apply depending on the country or the region where our customers are located. When will my order arrive?

Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

 The delivery approximately takes seven to ten business days on average. In the rare instance that stock is not immediately available, you will receive notification when the order is expected to be shipped out. However, the transit time may vary according to region. It is recommended that you call our friendly customer service representatives for a better idea of how long it  will take for your order to reach you.
