SANENDI Universal Dissolving Enzyme Usage
Extract approximately 3ml of physiological saline mixed with dissolved dry powder, use a 1ml syringe to extract 0.3ml of dissolved enzyme, and then add physiological saline to 0.5-1ml of dilute solution. This 1ml of enzyme can basically dissolve 1ml of hyaluronic acid. But for products with high cross-linking degree, the concentration of dissolving enzymes should be increased, but do not directly dissolve them with high concentration solution, as the concentration is too high. The specific dosage depends on the needs.
Notes on the ratio of lytic enzymes
The prepared lysozyme is an extremely unstable aqueous solution and should be prepared before use. The remaining solution can be stored at a temperature below 30 degrees for 2 weeks, but if there is discoloration or precipitation, it cannot be used again.
Lysozymes can dissolve most of hyaluronic acid, and residual hyaluronic acid is completely metabolized and disappears within six months. The bruising and yellowing phenomenon that occurs after dissolving the enzyme is due to subcutaneous bleeding during injection, which usually subsides after a few weeks.
Injecting excessive lysozyme for treatment
Excessive injection can cause local edema, allergic symptoms such as erythema, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, accelerated heartbeat, and decreased blood pressure. Medication should be stopped promptly and supportive therapy should be used. Emergency treatment can include adrenaline, corticosteroids, and antihistamines.
Contraindications to hyaluronic acid lyase
1. Within 48 hours, hyaluronidase should not be injected into the site where botulinum toxin has been injected, as hyaluronidase promotes severe spread of botulinum toxin.
2. Avoid some acute and chronic diseases, and take some medications orally, especially for customers with a history of allergies.
3. The interval time for injecting hyaluronic acid after injecting hyaluronidase is generally one week, which is more stable. In case of emergency, it is 72 hours, which is related to the drug absorption situation.
